So since April 6th I am have been trying to cancel my escrow account started with one lady slow to respond had me write out what I wanted to do and my info since it showed I qualified to cancel my escrow. So after 30 days followed up and then filled out another firm. After another couple weeks followed up again and was told I was declined for a reason that I can’t find in any of my loan papers given to us when closed the account that I should have the loan for min 5 years to cancel.
