Complete waste of time Put a loan out for competitive bid and of course loandepot was one of the first to reposted. The loan officer John Ruff contacted me and assured my objectives were easily obtainable and the loan and he was certain we could get this done quickly. So I paid the filling fees and paperwork was exchanged and the process was started.
