We loved our experience with Loan Depot. Nicole Maley was AWESOME to work with. She was so on top of everything, patient, friendly, and professional…we closed about a week earlier than planned because she helped us stay on top of everything so well! We also got the best rate through Loan Depot! Definitely recommend working with them for all your real estate needs.
Do not get a home loan or refinance with loan depot. They do not return phone calls, emails, or text messages. They will charge almost $500 for an appraisal but never return your calls or follow up regarding your home loan. Worst mortgage company
As a first time home buyer , I was extremely clueless. I had so many questions but thanks to Lollie , she assured that all my questions were always answered asap. Made the feeling of buying such a huge purchase so much more comforting!
Worst experience ever. Started process on 6/10 for a Cash out Refi 80% Loan to value and 43% DTI on a conventional loan. This should have been a quick loan as i had previously refinance a year ago and only took less than 30 days, uploaded every stip needed as well as signed disclosures within 24 hours, But Conditional approval 6/17, appraisal done 6/25, Till this date they have been sitting on a Final approval.
