Everything went smoothly and everyone was very nice helpful and you guys did more for us then anyone else did we were working with another lender homestreet and they gave us the runaround and would only loan us a small amount then we checked you out and so glad we did they loaned us what we needed to get the house we wanted!!!!
I don't know where to begin. My wife and I had a terrible experience with another lender, a large bank that will not be named. We were on a tight schedule and switching lenders was risky. Shannon and her team are treating us as if we are their main priority, communicating constantly, and provide quick updates. They are the nicest people we have ever done business with and I cannot express how grateful I am for Shannon and her team's efforts. They are treating us like people, not just a number.
