Honestly it started out pretty good now it’s really worse than a 2. Communication with them is horrible and there apparently isn’t any internal communication either. They messed up some paperwork and finally contacted me about it after almost 3 months of them having it and even saying they’ve reviewed it and everything looked good. 3June 25 I received documents saying I needed to have the documents resigned and motorized and sent back before a certain date. I don't recommend this company, because the loan officer replaced my information, I was contacted by two different loan officers working for loan depot and neither one was able to communicate very well. They didn't know off each other and made promises that were not kept. Time was wasted. Very disappointing and definitely not recommending this company .
Although we haven’t worked with the team no more than a week, I can truly say that the experience has been top tier. They have managed to exceed the expectations we have asked for. I would recommend this team to absolutely anyone!
