I feel like it's a huge corporation with no way to work with them. My payment changed and I was not notified, so I sent my old payment, which was 95% of my new payment, yet they still charged a late fee and wouldn't listen.
Horrible experience as a First Time Homebuyer. Worked with a loan officer for 10 months ( Aaron Payne) - he apparently quit- not I’m left without a loan officer and can’t get ahold of any loan officers at the Pittsburgh location. According to other loan officers at the main office - Mr Payne gave me fraudulent pre approval letters way above what I’m actually approved for. However my realtor and I have still been looking at properties with lower amounts , but I seem to can get a new fee worksheet or anyone that’ll help at the... read more
Very Very bad customer service and horrible bedside manner the loan officer Aaron Payne wasn't helpful at all with the process communication is a key factor especially when your in the process of making a home purchase texting texting texting I just not acceptable
