This review does not reflect on the Mansfield office as I have not worked with them directly, it is more focused on the company and their technology as a whole. So far not great... Set up our first payment and their system rejects it for no good reason. They can't tell us why but its our fault and charge you an extra 20$ just cuz they can.. They mess up and its on you some how... .. so good luck with that... be our first and last loan with them. I hope they fix their system and stop taking advantage of people. Sad.
I highly recommend the Mansfield office of LoanDepot. Jim Alexander and his team will work extremely hard with you to reach your goal of home ownership or refinancing your current home.
Jim and Tabatha have been very professional throughout this whole thing, and answered any dumb questions I had (where there were plenty of!). I would recommend Jim and Tabatha to anyone interested in buying a home. It's getting harder to find professionals in any field nowadays, but these two personify that. And they mix it perfectly with the human side as well. That is nearly impossible to get right. But they succeeded!
I can not sing enough praise for Jim and Tabby at our local LoanDepot office! They go above and beyond to get all clients to the closing table and specialize in helping make homeownership possible for those who traditional lenders wouldn’t help. Any time they have issues they work to resolve them so that everyone is happy with the end result. If you need help finding a lender who cares about you and your unique situation, they should be a local go to!
