Baret and his team (Jamie, Dillon, and Vivian) are literally the best in the business. Communication is great from start to end. I made the mistake of going with another big bank lender initially and ran into issues with them and switched to Loan Depot a few weeks into the process. Baret and his team were help me in a bind and able to get everything done in time for our closing. This team will be the only lender I work with going forward whether it’s a refinance or another purchase.
