Professional, accommodating and patient with any customer. My loan is not a huge one, however, I was treated as a billion dollar customer. Their interest rates are the lowest too!
I just refinanced with loanDepot (after also using them when I purchased my property last year) and had another really great, pleasant, professional experience. They explained to me my options at every step of the process and I learned I could trust they had my best interests in mind. I felt good about my rates and the strategy they took there each time and I felt good about understanding the minutae I needed to make decisions that were best for me. I will be using them again in the future as well.
