Dealing with loan depot has been the worst experience ever. We are first time homebuyers. The loan officer submitted the closing documents to the title company as if the loan was approved prior to the process being complete. Loan depot reached out to the builders instead of us via email to inform them that the loan was denied exactly one day before our closing, which was uncalled for and extremely unprofessional.
