⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service and support! We had an issue with our water pump the owner was on holidays, and they was incredibly helpful in walking us through the troubleshooting process over the phone. They took the time to explain everything clearly and helped our renters get the water pump back up and running without having to wait for a service call. Really appreciate the knowledge, patience, and willingness to help when we were in a bind. Great customer service — highly recommend!

Chris at Lone Wolf RV Service went above and beyond. My water heater was shooting flames out the back when it lit, and we had originally planned a phone call so he could walk me through the repair. Instead, he drove to my house, explained exactly what was happening, and showed me how to repair it myself step by step. Really appreciated the honesty, knowledge, and customer service. Would highly recommend!
I am so impressed with the professionalism that was exhibited by Chris the owner/operator of the business. I had created an issues with my plumbing system, Totally out of my own stupidity, and he fixed it!!!! Not only that but made the system better. He took his time and explained clearly the way the water system works, he made sure I understood how to winterized and never once did he talk down to me. My utmost respect goes out to this man. Chris is Highly recommended, helped me troubleshoot an issue of hot water tank. Walked me through every step of the way over the phone and told me it was a free call. Call was good 30 mins.
