Chris at Lone Wolf RV Service went above and beyond. My water heater was shooting flames out the back when it lit, and we had originally planned a phone call so he could walk me through the repair. Instead, he drove to my house, explained exactly what was happening, and showed me how to repair it myself step by step. Really appreciated the honesty, knowledge, and customer service. Would highly recommend!
I am so impressed with the professionalism that was exhibited by Chris the owner/operator of the business. I had created an issues with my plumbing system, Totally out of my own stupidity, and he fixed it!!!! Not only that but made the system better. He took his time and explained clearly the way the water system works, he made sure I understood how to winterized and never once did he talk down to me. My utmost respect goes out to this man. Chris is Highly recommended, helped me troubleshoot an issue of hot water tank. Walked me through every step of the way over the phone and told me it was a free call. Call was good 30 mins. Huge thanks goes out to Chris at Lone Wolf RV. After our 2025 Jayco camper suffered a catastrophic wheel bearing failure, we were stranded 3hrs from home. Chris did everything in his power to source out parts and gather everything he needed to come repair us even though we were 3hrs from him. Absolutely amazing to deal with! The dealership we bought our camper from was no help in getting our brand new 2025 Jayco trailer back on the road while we were stranded 3h from home.
