The service is great! Kendra is awesome.Lacey is the csr and can work on her customer skills as well as Tammy. Overall I enjoyed doing business there.
they have moved to 620 w taylor street. the service is great kendra has been in the office for over 4 years and she is excellent and she is currently the assisant manager which runs the place. the manager is horrible and very rude her name is tammy bowen and she called the african american people colored people. cheryl is the csr and she is good as well but she needs more training. the manager needs to be fired she is not a people person..
