Horrible company to work with, Unprofessional, drags everything out, loses documents, doesn't return calls or texts. Broker named Tyson out of Arizona uses phrases like, "You're family" and "You're Golden" in his hyperbole filled interactions. Meanwhile on our scheduled closing date, he was nowhere to be found and didn't pick up his phone. We didn't close as scheduled and then the excuses began. Stay away from this company!
I started working with a lender who got me approved for an amount and tried helping me get the one house I wanted. When that fell through, the lender disappeared. I tried emailing and emailing and he's ghosted me. I ended up meeting with a local lender and have had nothing but kindness, respect, and communication.
Worked with Brennan Schinker out of the Tempe AZ location. Brennan went above and beyond to help me as a first time buyer. Even though i ended up going with another lender, I would Highly recommend Brennan and loan simple to anyone need a great and hard working loan officer Adrian Zepeda
