My wife and I purchased our first home! It has been a surprisingly smooth experience, so much of this thanks to Jeff James and Karen Carlisle. Both very personable and proactive. Jeff guided us through every step of the process, answering questions, proactively communicating with us, keeping things well organized and timely, and consistently helping us feel, "We can really do this!"
