I find Dr. Nguyen and her front-office staff to be very robotic and lacking in personal connection. I don’t feel comfortable discussing my concerns openly because she is not very friendly or approachable. When I once asked for my lab reports, her response was, “Didn’t you get the printout from that doctor?” I found this unnecessarily rude and dismissive, especially since the lab work had only been done three days earlier and we pay a significant amount for her services.
