Didn't show up until an hour after the 4 hour 8-12 window. Only one man to remove a king size pillowtop mattress, trailer was full of junk already and mattress was to be returned to Sam's club
Horrible experience. They didn't show up when scheduled, multiple times, over multiple days. Nothing but lies and excuses from them, and exasperation from me. They finally picked up after 3 days.
Very professional, easy to deal with. Scheduling was super easy and everything went to plan Nikko who was sent was extra helpful and did a fantastic job. Would use again.
very polite
