Extremely easy, quick and affordable. It was going to be so expensive using other companies to pick up our old couch. Would highly recommend and use LoadUp again for any pickup items. I scheduled, got a txt to confirm pickup time day of, then all I had to do was sign.
Veronica and her husband were great to work with. They picked up everything and took everything away. The only thing I can say that I didn't like was I didn't get a pickup time until the morning of where on the website it says I would receive a time the night before. Otherwise, everything was great!
I highly recommend LoadUp. Alex was wonderful and we appreciate the service.
Great experience with LoadUp! Loved how they stayed in contact and updated me regarding pickup time, driver's contact number and let me know when he arrived. Alex was great, and I was impressed how quick and easy he made the pickup. I will definitely use them again next time.
