This is my first time using LoadUp. The 2 gentlemen that removed my stuff were very professional, friendly and worked quickly while working safely. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and will definitely use them again. I didn’t have an item removed so I didn’t have any problems getting same removed from my bill. Their customer service is top notch which is very rare in today’s world!! Thank you for your excellent service!
Our pick up supposed to be 0800 to 1200. Got another response 1100 to 1200 which was good. No communication. I had to call our pick up person twice. Told me an hour. No show. Called again and said 23 minutes. He did come with help about 30 minutes. Now 1430. Would definitely not recommend this service. Seem annoyed.
