They were efficient, friendly, and flexible with my tough schedule on short notice
Needed to have a refrigerator picked up from my garage on my moving day. Booked a week in advance, paid up front and was given a window of pickup from 12-4pm. At 4 they hadn’t showed up. Called; ask me to wait until 5 that they would have a loader. Waited until 5 still no pickup. Called for a refund and I was told if I cancelled they would keep 50% of my payment and to get my full refund I needed to give them until 8 pm! I waited; they never showed. Had an issue. We have moved completely and had two box springs we needed to get rid of ASAP. Called and they were able to fit it in day of. Wow. Then they stayed in touch as things were going along. Well done. Will highly recommend
