First, the movers are not company, they are contractors that bid on the removal job. My movers showed up in a Toyota Tundra with a (2) hand short dolly and (3) straps, (2) of which were working to remove (2) commercial refrigerators. I provided pictures, number of stairs, model #s of material to be moved and let’s just say, this group was not professional movers.
