So THANKFUL! Abdulrahman was on time, dressed neatly for the task, sober (problem that a previous service from UHaul was high), and efficient. He was respectful about asking to enter the home and find the items, patiently tolerated a barking (contained) dog, and didn't damage anything while maneuvering through the house. I love that Load Up had quick availability since I tend to be a last minute planner. This is the 3rd time I've used Load Up and would highly recommend!!!

Overall good work and service. Slight issue with original haulers accepting then canceling the job and I had no idea until the original time slot had come and gone. I had to call customer service to get rescheduled with new loaders. After that, no issues and everything was great. Maybe consider adding a method so the loadup team knows when there is a cancellation from haulers so folks can get rescheduled faster.
