I called LoadUp Junk Removal specifying that the pickup had to be done by a certain time. The person I spoke to assured me that that would happen. Several hours later (1 hour before I had to leave), I received a notification that a loader was on the way. It then turned out that said loader was a 1.5 hour drive away. I called LoadUp, explained that time wouldn’t be possible, and asked to waive the cancellation fee given the circumstances. They refused.
