The process of scheduling is painful because of the heavy use of chat bots. I had a window scheduled from 8am-12pm, took off work to accommodate, and at 11:00am I got a text message saying my movers would now show up at 5pm-6pm, requiring me to miss the rest of my workday. When requesting a cancellation due to the missed window, they would still only refund 50%. Absolutely terrible experience, would not recommend.
Process was very easy. Crew was pleasant and timely.
