Scheduled Loadup in Rochester, MN for August 2nd. We asked for a noon meeting time and were assured that would work. Nobody contacts us or arrives so we call around 12:30ish and are told they will get someone there. Still noboody at 1:30ish so we call again and are assured they will get someone to us right away. This is a great company. For a minimal cost they sent 2 really nice guys to pick up some very heavy and difficult furniture pieces and took them to accepting charities. The men were quiet, careful and efficient. I am very pleased.
