The Load On Wheel's brokers gave me a quote of "$425 Door to Door". They started delaying the shipment, and told me their truck broke down. The next thing was they double the price. After they double the price I went to another broker and was able to get an upfront total cost of shipping the truck. On Sept. 29, 2024 I started asking Load On Wheel's when they would refund my $131.00. It is Oct. 23, 2024 and I still don't have the refund. They no longer answer my calls or emails.
Original date of transaction: October 7, 2024 I messaged Tow on Wheel to tow our RV from Port Clinton, OH to South Vienna, OH. I was given a tow price of $135. I paid $52 down and the rest was to be paid to the "driver". The pick up was supposed to take place on October 15, 2024.
