Kind staff, kid friendly, clean cheerful office
Very helpful staff. Took me before my scheduled time and had me out a short while later.
Had a great consultatIon at LOA… the Team was super friendly and really knowledgeable.
Angie, the tech on call from LOA, was incredibly kind and professional when she attended my son on Friday 5/22, even though the office was closed. I was having difficulty using the key to open his expander, and she took the time to help us, explain everything carefully, and teach me exactly what I needed to do. Her patience, kindness, and professionalism made such a difference for us. We truly appreciate her help and dedication!
