Very bad all they did was burned my nail and she broke my acrylic and at the end did what she wanted not what I wanted she tried to file the broken part to be combined to the other part and thought I didnt noticed never again.
Miss Loan was very rude. She cut my little finger with the cuticle nippers, and only gave me alcohol after I asked her three times. She then planned to dip my freshly cut finger in acetone, even though I refused twice. During the removal, she was constantly fidgeting with and pulling at my fingers, causing me pain. Very disappointed I walk in there’s 5 tech ladies, all of them not doing anything just sitting on there phone and one that was sleeping on a chair. I go in and as I go in a lady comes out from the back to tell me we are busy right now we can’t take you. Mind you the place is completely empty!!!! I felt like they were so racist towards me. Because they looked at me and instantly said no.
Got my nails done yesterday (cat eye) and today 3 (so far) have fallen off. Dissatisfied
Was so worth it will be back it was the best relaxing experience very friendly
