Extremely poor experience with the solar installation associated with our new build through Henley Homes. It has now been more than 6 months since handover, yet the solar system installed by their nominated solar provider is still not fully commissioned or connected to the grid.I have followed up multiple times with both the builder and the solar company with no meaningful resolution or timeline provided. For something that should normally be completed shortly after handover, this level of delay is unacceptable.

I’m giving 5 Stars. James was extremely helpful in sorting out the issue I had. He mastered it over the phone and happily persevered until my alarm system was functioning as per its design and functionality.
We moved into our new build in February 2025, with the solar system already installed and supposedly connected through L&O. Unfortunately, the experience since then has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. From the moment we moved in, we spent weeks trying to contact L&O just to have the inverter commissioned so we could begin using the solar. Phone calls and emails regularly went unanswered.
