The nail technician was very rude and unprofessional- she was rushing through the nails. On top of this the salon in general was very unreasonable with their policies explaining they first could not do a refill but then saying they could but only if it was for the price of a new set of nails. Unbelievable. Would not return ever to this location
Lo Spa is a full-service nail salon than is well-managed. It is clean, organized, bright and airy, and an easy walk if you are in Downtown Chicago. The staff is pleasant and professional, and making an appointment is easy and efficient.
Mary was very accommodating and provided a healthy, clean, lovely manicure. She helped me select the perfect shade by allowing me to try several.
