If I could give 0 stars, I would. Shirley Lo was extremely rude, dismissive, and showed little to no concern for our situation. She neglected to do her job properly, brushed us off, and opened the door only to dismiss us in less than five minutes. The entire experience was unprofessional and a complete waste of our time. Thank you, Shirley Lo, for wasting our time.
Said that hydrogen peroxide was no good for softening ear wax (and I know it is from experience as well as other ENT's have told me this) then she proceeded to remove the earwax which was an excruciating process, this made the ear canal bleed even a day after the "procedure", who does this without softening ear wax first??? Do not recommend going to her...
She was extremely rude and disrespectful. We were referred to her by another doctor, but she was actually yelling at us and didn’t even bother to look at my daughter. If you don’t have the patience to deal with patients, why do you accept them and waste our time?
Speaking from experience, I would not recommend this Dr. I just wish my family Dr. had sent me to someone else. The negative reviews on here are true. I did notice, though, that on my last call with her, she seems to be a bit more civil with her tone, maybe because of all the negative reviews.
