Speaking from experience, I would not recommend this Dr. I just wish my family Dr. had sent me to someone else. The negative reviews on here are true. I did notice, though, that on my last call with her, she seems to be a bit more civil with her tone, maybe because of all the negative reviews.
I don’t recommend very bad service
I’m unsure why Dr. Lo is receiving so many negative reviews online. Dr. Lo was very thorough in her examination of my throat/tonsils. She was very gentle and kind and made me feel more comfortable in an otherwise uncomfortable situation. She took her time explaining things to me and even looking up some information online (answering more questions that I had). Her sense of humour is very dry, but funny. She put me at ease while she examined me and then explained clearly what the procedure was going to be. She fixed my ear problem to my satisfaction. What more could I ask for.
