I don’t recommend very bad service
I’m unsure why Dr. Lo is receiving so many negative reviews online. Dr. Lo was very thorough in her examination of my throat/tonsils. She was very gentle and kind and made me feel more comfortable in an otherwise uncomfortable situation. She took her time explaining things to me and even looking up some information online (answering more questions that I had). Her sense of humour is very dry, but funny. She put me at ease while she examined me and then explained clearly what the procedure was going to be. She fixed my ear problem to my satisfaction. What more could I ask for.
If I had to described Dr. Lo with one word it would be "uninterested." They had no interest in looking deeper into my issue. When I asked if they have any advice or suggestions on what I should do they simply said no. Don't let yourself sit on a waitlist for months just to have your time wasted here.
