Used to love the Coolidge RD office until they abandoned good customer service by installing check-in kiosks with many, many questions to be answered with personal information on screens other people can see and no place for those who can’t stand long to sit. And you have to swipe your bank card or credit card before you even see your doctor!!! RecommendedDr Jeffery Barns of L.O. Eye did cataract surgery on both my wife and myself and we both were very pleased with the results. Dr Barnes was professional, very friendly and answered all our questions. We would highly recommend Dr Barns for eye surgery.
LO must refer to the low quality of care. It's like checking in at an airport, then you're herded through like nameless cattle to slaughter. Step away from LO Eye Care.
