Sold products that were not age appropriate. Product box says 15+ but kids are aged under 10. As a result they were scared by the product. Visited the store to request a refund and they refused. Complaint formally lodged with Consumer Affairs.

FIRE THE INCOMPETENT STAFF. They think they are being paid to gossip, sit around and laugh. - Staff laughing and talking loudly. - Got annoyed when customers walked in. - No price on product so had to ask - Staff got annoyed that their conversation was interrupted. - Didn't buy product because of the absolutely rude attitude. - Continued to laugh and gossip when leaving. You can buy pretty much every product online for 2 times cheaper from china, but I went in store for the service and convenience. Don't shop here. F them.
