BUYER BEWARE. This store is selling counterfeit products. I specifically asked the person at the counter if the item was a genuine NeeDoh product and they told me yes, it was. After opening it, it was immediately obvious it was not genuine. Completely misleading, dishonest, and a total scam. Avoid buying branded products from this store.
Asked a friend to buy some things for me without looking the price ranges. 10x the price of what u can get online from Shein or Temu but the quality was so poor. Really really cheap nasty party props that fell apart when u use it. I am still vacuuming my house 1 week after the party because I keep finding small feathers stuck to carpet or furniture.
The staff need a bit more customer service training. If you have wrong price on shelf, please learn to apologise to the staff. Heaps of the same item at wrong price and the staff said we should be more careful. The staff are very incompetent and blamed customers for the shelf price. Think twice about shopping at this place.
My fave thing aside from allll the party supplies (every licensed thing you can think of as well) is the fact they're a mont Marte stockist. You can get really good quality paints, pencils, pens, paper and craft items.
