The staff need a bit more customer service training. If you have wrong price on shelf, please learn to apologise to the staff. Heaps of the same item at wrong price and the staff said we should be more careful. The staff are very incompetent and blamed customers for the shelf price. Think twice about shopping at this place.
My fave thing aside from allll the party supplies (every licensed thing you can think of as well) is the fact they're a mont Marte stockist. You can get really good quality paints, pencils, pens, paper and craft items.

Sold products that were not age appropriate. Product box says 15+ but kids are aged under 10. As a result they were scared by the product. Visited the store to request a refund and they refused. Complaint formally lodged with Consumer Affairs.
Taking advantage of cashless society by charging 50 cents on a $3 transaction. Rude!
