I may be a little biased, but I honestly can’t imagine going to anyone other than Lo and Behold. Every visit feels like such a treat. The spa room is incredibly tranquil and calming — the kind of space where you instantly relax the moment you walk in. Extremely disappointed in Laura Eccles and Lo & Behold Beauty. I booked an appointment online at 7AM on a Wednesday for an appointment at 5PM Thursday. She waited until almost 7PM, 12 hours later, to message and say that she doesn't provide the service for male clients. She could have saved us both time by putting this on her website, or checked her appointments in a more timely manner, giving me an opportunity to book elsewhere.
