I have experienced them as a tenant and they have zero management and communication skills. The property is never kept up with as the washing machines are always broken. It is overrun by ducks and duck feces which is unsanitary and a health violation. The women that works for them continues to feed the ducks despite HOA putting a notice on everyones doors about not feeding them. Also ANY and ALL complaints are dismissed and never addressed. And they have yet to send me back my security deposit and it's been half a month sinc... read more
