would NOT recommend using this company … extremely rude! I called to inquire about an apartment and for some help in my apartment search and the woman on the other side abruptly hung up on me and was extremely dismissive. ZERO customer service or empathy. I understand that I might not meet your requirements for a particular apartment but to hang up on someone is extremely rude.
