I was in a rush to find a room for school and Shayna swooped in to the rescue. From the moment I found her ad to when I was able to secure the apartment was under 3 days. She was extremely helpful and whenever I had a question about the process or place, she answered it quickly. 10/10 recommended

She was quick, efficient, and very knowledgable - she found us an apartment that was cheaper and bigger than one we had previously toured within a day. Moving in NYC can be an extremely stressful process and she was helpful and reassured us every step of the way. I wouldn't hesitant to recommend her to anyone in need of a new home!
These people were rude AS HELL....I call them and she just says "HELLO!" I call them back and I ask about how to get started on renting an apartment as it was my first time doing so....she says "oh well we don't do that" Very disgusting attitude and negative experience.
