Our HVAC unit quit early on Friday afternoon so I was very happy that Zimmermann could send someone out within a couple of hours, particularly since the temperature was going down into the 20's that night. The tech was prompt, very courteous and had the unit running again within an hour and the price of the service call was very reasonable.
I love supporting local businesses, but Zimmerman makes it easy. They are quick to respond to your calls, and will find you the best and quickest solutions. Luke (the owner) and everyone on their team are people I feel comfortable having in my home, which is an added bonus! I always recommend them to my friends, and my friends have all been very pleased. I promise, you won't find anyone better in San Antonio
