Zero stars on account of the instructor for your lymphatic drainage course this weekend is an anal retentive fraud at best. He starts instruction with, "if you have a question ask..." when asked he goes into some entire dissertation about," oh I didn't say that when I started?" I could use about 150 more adjectives for this person, however lets just say he enjoys the benefits of his wife's knowledge of this protocol, BUT HE JUST AIN'T HER! Great instructors and a great selection of courses. However very poor customer service over the years. No response when I sent emails and once they had a late cancellation of a class without notice. Again, the instructors are great but the admin is not up to the level I would expect.

Disappointed by the setup of the Manual Lymphatic Drainage course. Paid $495 and have no online portal to videos shown during class?? Why?? FOR MOST THIS IS A NEW MODALITY WHICH MEANS THAT REMEMBERING THE EXACT MOVEMENT AND DIRECTION IS IMPORTANT. Instructor would not let us record anything during class which is understandable.
