Great instructors and a great selection of courses. However very poor customer service over the years. No response when I sent emails and once they had a late cancellation of a class without notice. Again, the instructors are great but the admin is not up to the level I would expect.

Disappointed by the setup of the Manual Lymphatic Drainage course. Paid $495 and have no online portal to videos shown during class?? Why?? FOR MOST THIS IS A NEW MODALITY WHICH MEANS THAT REMEMBERING THE EXACT MOVEMENT AND DIRECTION IS IMPORTANT. Instructor would not let us record anything during class which is understandable. Oh but you can pay another $40 for a thumb drive which has the videos we saw during class. The videos were grainy and looked to be 20 years old. I like the instructor and he’s clear and answers questions well whenever I get confused. My problem with class is , with almost $500 fee for a two day class , I was expecting that they will provide and give us the notes , like a ready made notes - not through the email and we have to print them ourselves , and the video as well . In order for us to have access with the video we have to pay $40 for it . I’ve done Lypossage before and they provided us with a ready made notes and video cd’s .
