Brilliant service. Very helpful staff
Bought a used 3 series touring. Handbrake was loose and car rolled back into a post 2 days after buying it, so I took it back for a repair, then had an electrical fault on my way to drop it off. The courtesy car broke down at 10pm in the middle of nowhere. Car came back with the handbrake still loose as they tested it on flat surface in their garage. Returned the car and Luke refused to acknowledge me like a stroppy teenager. It was a total catastrophe.
Please do not buy from this seller! I saw a Nissan Navara for sale at this garage went down to see it the same day was really happy with it even happy with service from Powell and even managed to part exchange for it all was great until it got delivered, I noticed when it was being reversed onto the drive it was blowing abit of smoke and making a whining sound which I was odd maybe needed a good run as it may of been sitting around for a while so I took it out and the noise got louder (I wouldn’t of brought the truck if it h... read more
Went for an MOT and was told I could collect my car after closing hours, however they left the car locked inside the garage, leaving me waiting outside for an hour. Thankfully they were reachable out of hours so I can be grateful for that!
