Purchased a car from Luke @ LMS Motors Oxford (not a dealership but MOT garage) on 5th March 2024 and as nice as the car is when getting it home I did notice a few things. I have given 2 stars as the car is genuinely not a bad example but also 2 stars only because I was sold a car with 1 year warranty which I was not able to make use of!!! Brought a van from Mr P (for privacy purposes) and all I can say is what a guy and what a garage!! We absolutely love our van! Thank you so so so much! I was blown when I walked into his garage! X2 receptionists at least, cars and customers being served like clock work! Now this is a proper working garage! Busy but everyone’s working and happy! Never been into to a garage like this! LMS is a friendly family-operated firm run by Luke. I have been going there since 2021 and have never had anything but first-class treatment. Sometimes they have gone "above and beyond" to fix problems, especially on older vehicles where the unavailability of new parts has spurred LMS staff to find creative (but effective) solutions. I have never been fed any BS by Luke or his colleagues (for instance, they have never promised more than they could deliver), nor have I ever felt I was overcharged. Please do not buy from this seller!
