Used to be cool and fair but there's a new manager who talks like a used car saleman and wants to charge you $500 for a "diagnostic" to read your check engine light code like he's doing you a favor.
LMS is awesome. Elliot helped us in the front office and he was incredibly kind and had great customer service. Adolfo talked us through what was going on with our car and worked with us to figure out the best option. Really grateful to have someone trustworthy to go to with our car!
My family has been taking our 4 cars here for the last two years and they have done a good job up until about a week ago. They did great work and were fairly priced for the work they did. However that all changed a week ago. After taking my 2016 car in for just an oil change and tire rotation they found $2500 of work needed to do on my car.
