When I called about getting a leaking faucet replaced, the owner became immediately hostile. The owner claimed to me that "he would lose his plumbing license" if he replaced my two bathtub knobs and faucet with new parts. The owner stated by "state regulators" that he he was only "allowed" to install a single handle unit (which would require cutting through the wall) instead of replacing the original parts. Great service
As you all know my parents are elderly. Over the years we have used a few companies for repairs that just ripped us off! Took our money, were over priced and did not properly complete the job. Then I found this locally owned company. The plumbers was respectful, friendly, honest and completed the job timely and properly! The price was responsible too. I recommend this company to anyone needing work done.
They did a great job and came in under budget.
