I have had a profoundly disturbing and frustrating experience with LMP Management Ltd. Over the course of my 3-year tenancy, I have faced numerous issues related to unauthorized entry, failure to address maintenance concerns, and unprofessional behavior from the property manager, Ken Thompson. Highly unprofessional managers who are unable to maintain a clean property.
Very disappointed in the building managers Ken and Leah. My wife and I were in talks with them to rent out a unit in Park Central, we were assured that they would hold the unit for 5 days as we talked it over and made a decision. We deiced to apply for the unit they had on hold for us. Only to get an email back saying they have rented the unit out. Why tell us you will hold it as pending if you won't do so? Very disappointed in the customer service from LMP management.

Standard landlord special. Moved in with stains on carpet. Blinds taped and wedge with cardboard. Blinds in bedroom broken (took over a month to get them repaired) greasy sides. Our pipes burst whilst we lived there, they never relaid the carpet properly. Had sink problems, they cut a hole in the wall and never replastered. Moved out and they charged us for blind cleaning... Curious if they remove the tape and cardboard before the 'profesional cleaning'. Washing the walls.. wonder whether they'll wash around the hole in the ... read more
