I won't bore you with the details however Lance Murphy the owner personally called me after working hours on a Friday to handle an issue we had that most companies would have put off until the next work week. He and his son Jacob were accountable and handled the situation expeditiously and with the highest level of professionalism.
Everyone I came in contact with at the company had a professional attitude. Chris went to the job site promptly and had a estimate that day. The job was scheduled for the following week and was completed within the time frame Chris quoted. The quality and attention to detail was impressive. The LMI workforce was professional and neat. Very unprofessional!! They are non-responsive!! NO CALL NO SHOW three times!! We were told we were a less important Customer........who says that??? Stay away!!
