Dr Nakatis has been my doctor for a few years now. She is exceptional. Always takes the time with me and gets back immediately, which is unheard of in today's world... highly recommend
These doctors and specially Dr.Lopez he speaks Spanish to me and English. When I don’t understand something he goes over the diagnoses with me. They really care and have explained anything that is going on with me with care and special attention. I have went to a different doctor in manassas I won’t name them here but they didn’t really care for me am beyond thankful. God bless these nice souls.
they hang up the phone even if its slightly cutting out with 0 attempt at calling back, which means i have to wait through their long queue again, which is very unfair, im not going to have the best connection at times but ending it within 30 seconds of the call starting without calling back is unprofessional, All i want to do is schedule an appointment
