Everyone is super helpful and sweet, except for one receptionist who is SO ridiculously over the top rude it’s laughable. Ruins the whole experience by acting personally offended when you ask simple questions, or breath too hard I guess. Kind of surprised she’s working the front desk at a place so highly revered for their customer care and it has gone unnoticed for this long. I can’t be the first person with this experience.
The doctors are nice but their lab is problematic. Every time the lab either overcharges or uses the wrong code (frequently both) that I have to reach out to insurance company with lengthy calls to sort it out. I might do my physical somewhere else next time.

Dr Nakatis has been my doctor for a few years now. She is exceptional. Always takes the time with me and gets back immediately, which is unheard of in today's world... highly recommend
These doctors and specially Dr.Lopez he speaks Spanish to me and English. When I don’t understand something he goes over the diagnoses with me. They really care and have explained anything that is going on with me with care and special attention. I have went to a different doctor in manassas I won’t name them here but they didn’t really care for me am beyond thankful. God bless these nice souls.
