Amanda and Aaron have been great! Very accommodating in helping me with a cross-country move, providing a virtual tour of the apartment and providing information about who to contact for utilities. When some minor problems were identified woth the apartment they were quick to coordinate reapirs.
I spoke with Amanda earlier today regarding a property at 90802. I own property here and was interested in renting. Her tone appeared judgmental but I brushed it off thinking she was having a bad day, I give her my availability and we agree on a time. Then she tells me she wants to avoid having two showings for the same tenant, at this point, with the tone, incredibly personal questions and lack of flexibility, I resigned my interest in the gorgeous apartment. Amanda has been very helpful and responsive during our move in process and with checking out the apartment.
Amanda was super helpful during the entire leasing process. She showed us all available units and was able to answer any questions we had throughout the application process. We haven’t moved in yet but we’re happy with the level of professionalism and responsiveness from the team.
