We had major reconstruction and a new roof after a neighbor's tree demolished more than half our home in the January 2024 blizzard. I had a leak in my bedroom ceiling due to a faulty fire suppression line, which ultimately led to an appx. 6’ x 4’ hole after the plumbers found and fixed the leak. Being someone who is not particularly handy with tools, I seriously wondered if the gaping hole could ever be patched and painted so that it looked as good as new. Leave it to LMD, who first patched, taped and “mudded” the hole, and then their painters, who expertly matched the existing paint colors and painted the patched area.
