I had an appointment at 2:30pm, I used their ipad to check in and after 5min one of the tellers lets me know it didn't work and you would assume she would check me in... Not the case, they left me waiting another 15min until I told her if I was going to get seen for my appointment since I was on my lunch break, she just told me to go knock on the door of the mortgage advisor. They could've saved me those extra min and if I had not gone up to ask they probably would've left me there waiting.
They always put holds on checks no matter how many times you bring that companies check. My mortgage is Due and they want me to wait 10 days for my “check hold” to clear.
Where is the spot for a zero review??? This bank particularly this branch sucks....and that's a compliment btw! Service is horrible, the tellers are completely incompetent and you have to wait for hours together anything done....even a $30 deposit! How pathetic is that. Everyone in this bank is worthless!
Not coming here again. As soon as I walked up to the counter, reception was cold. I told the girl slowly so she could type it in that I wanted to withdraw a 20, 2 10s, 2 5s, and 5 1s, one at a time. She talked to me like it was my fault that she was still working, even though it wasn’t closing time. When I saw the incorrect amount being withdrawn, I told her that it wasn’t right. I'm starting to hate LMCU first they removed Zelle and making more difficult to transfer funds from different bank and if you're late with the payment they will restrict all your accounts and online banking so that's even more difficult to make the payment, even if you go to the bank they can't even access your account without calling them and get a override pass just to make the payment, that's just stupid.
