Love LMCU. This location is decent. Chris was very helpful with getting a certified check.
Disgusting. Predatory. Dishonest. Customer service is non existent. Locked my debit card even after I confirmed that the transaction was authorized and my card was not compromised, then said they couldn't do anything about fixing their mistake because it was a weekend. Bank literally anywhere else.
I had an appointment at 2:30pm, I used their ipad to check in and after 5min one of the tellers lets me know it didn't work and you would assume she would check me in... Not the case, they left me waiting another 15min until I told her if I was going to get seen for my appointment since I was on my lunch break, she just told me to go knock on the door of the mortgage advisor. They could've saved me those extra min and if I had not gone up to ask they probably would've left me there waiting.
