Ordered a rear bumper for my 1990 Chevy Silverado part number 38-9774, paid $400 total and was happy with my purchase. After receiving the bumper I noticed the License Plate Light Lens Covers were not chrome as was shown in the product photos but instead sent blk ones. I thought this would be a simple fix since the difference in price from the blk ones they sent compared to the chrome ones in the product photo was only a $1.
