The front-end staff at this practice come across as very unapproachable and make for an uncomfortable experience. I went in for glasses, had my eyes tested, and was given the wrong prescription. I couldn’t see out of my new glasses at all, and when I voiced concern, I was told to “wait it out.” I did, and unknowingly missed the 90-day exchange window.
