Edit: got an appointment this morning and was rescheduled for pretty quick - if all goes well on the appointment date, I'll delete this review Original: I think this place is scamming taxpayers’ money. They booked me for an appointment without ever notifying me — no call, no email, no text. Weeks later, when I followed up wondering why I still didn’t have a date, they claimed I’d “missed” it and refused to reschedule. They don’t have a phone line, and I’ve emailed multiple times with no response. Completely unprofessional.
I barely write reviews but extremely frustrating trying to communicate with this clinic as someone who’s been with them 2 years, when you call they’re passive agressive, and want to hang up as soon as possible, impossible to get an appointment and I’m someone who has to come to get check ups every so often, very frustrating & not a helpful team. Now I’m left without my daily medication after my pharmacy faxed a renewal 2 weeks ago & again today…
We had a wonderful experience with Negeen, the pharmacist who helped my mother start insulin. From the very beginning, she was kind, patient, and incredibly thorough. Insulin can seem like an overwhelming and complex medication, and I was quite worried about how we would manage it.
