If I could give less of a rating I would. The fact that you cannot contact people directly by phone is just a disgrace. And not for anything if email is the only option then maybe the response time should be a lot better. DO BETTER! People are relying on the facility to get in contact with their specialists.
All the staff is so nice and know what they are doing there. I have never had an unpleasant person. I never have to wait long for anything and so clean too.
I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist at this clinic. I reached out with an important medical concern, expecting at least some guidance or a clear explanation. Instead, the receptionist was completely unhelpful, unable to provide even a basic response about why my message wasn’t conveyed to the doctor.She kept me confused like she would convey my concern.At last when my husband went there to ask for my prescription today, he learned that actually the dr was on holiday.And nothing was done.
