I barely write reviews but extremely frustrating trying to communicate with this clinic as someone who’s been with them 2 years, when you call they’re passive agressive, and want to hang up as soon as possible, impossible to get an appointment and I’m someone who has to come to get check ups every so often, very frustrating & not a helpful team. Now I’m left without my daily medication after my pharmacy faxed a renewal 2 weeks ago & again today…
We had a wonderful experience with Negeen, the pharmacist who helped my mother start insulin. From the very beginning, she was kind, patient, and incredibly thorough. Insulin can seem like an overwhelming and complex medication, and I was quite worried about how we would manage it. Amazing experiance
This place is clean, bright and spacious. The staffs and my doctor (Dr. Julie Diatchman) are extremely patience and caring. Very professional and friendly.
