It was during yesterday's snow storm and their phone system needs a lot of help i couldn't get past the switchboard, they only want to talk, not accept my questions or ask questions. I finally left an email for my Dr. A. BORIGHTWho called me for a phone meeting. HE WAS A RAY OF SUNSHINE AFTER THE PHONE REFUSAL.
unfortunately like so much today (I assume) they are short staffed and are simply unable to honour /reply to emails in the noted 24 hour time frame.....all it takes is some updated ACCURATE messaging so patients are not lead to feel dismissed....having said that my Dr is ALWAYS double booked and I am lucky if I get 5 minutes....NOT PERMITTED to ask any questions about my own health.....there has been a widespread loss of humanity on all fronts.....
I was referred by my family doctor to LMC. I met with Dr. Abitbol who was a pleasure to deal with his team are very clear with all communication and support. I have been there twice and did not stay more than 1 hour per visit. That says alot when you are visit a clinic like this. Very informative and supportive with my condition. Thank you
If your life depended on this clinic, I would caution against relying on them. My experience with LMC Bayview has been incredibly disappointing *as of lately* and, frankly, disturbing for a healthcare provider. I was referred to this clinic by my family physician because I needed specialized care - keep in mind, they have been seeing me for over 2 years now, yet I was repeatedly refused care unless I paid a no-show fee.
