Was referred by doctor. Received no communication about my appointment until 2 days before the actual appointment. Went through multiple screen and nothing was properly explained. Neither the doctor nor his assistance explained much in regular terms. Proceeded to explain everything as if I was a 2nd year medical student and was to understand what they were saying. Very frustrating experiences. Wait times are routinely over an hour and a half after my appointment. For every doctor!!! There is no respect for the patient’s time
