They don’t pick up calls. They send you multiple texts to confirm your appointment even when you have already confirmed the appointment. After confirming appointment via text (3) times, i got an another text to confirm the appointment, which was super annoying. So i cancelled my appointment. I called again to confirm, was on hold for 21 minutes and no one picked up. Absolutely terrible clinic with no value for the patient. I needed a requisition form and they sent it to my hospital incomplete TWICE! Very poor time management and extremely poor communication with their patients. Please find another clinic and save your time.
