Had damaged to my vehicle from a pothole that damaged my rim and tire on 07-12-2025 and reported it and still have not heard anything back from this real estate because they cannot keep up with there parking lot with all the potholes they have at Midkiff plaza in midland Texas what a horrible parking lot to drive into. Very disappointed about this.
Super disappointed with the LMB group. I have been trying to contact them for months regarding a rental property in Midland and I cannot get a response. Communication is a HUGE problem for this company. As for the other side of things, I would stay away from using them as property managers. The space we are interested in sits empty along with many others for almost a year. They are in no hurry to get these spaces filled.
I recently applied for the maintenance position in Abilene, I have an hvac epa certification and have remodeling experience. I was told BOTH positions where filled by people with building certificates (which to my knowledge don't exist). Then just today I seen their add come across facebook and a gentle man inquired how to apply that is when the owner of the lmb commented saying to email the property manager.
