I can’t say enough good things about LM therapeutics! Every massage therapist is so knowledgeable and helpful! I recently went with April, and she was so amazing! Helped in with my tension headache & jaw tension! I recommend this place to everyone!! 5 STARS!! I feel like a new person!
From the moment I walked in and checked in, my experience was terrible. The front office staff was unprofessional, rude, and condescending. I dealt with Lily, who was particularly aggressive, constantly interrupting and making a point to remind me that she is the owner, as if that justified her rude behavior. Her services were awful, and I’m now dealing with post-treatment pain. I had to go to Eisenhower to fix the issues caused by her. Lili's the best. I'm a body worker as well, and I go to her when I need medical and also recommend some clients that need it as well. She's knowledgeable and professional.
